Earning Power was founded 2005 after researching
and consulting privately on the topic since
1994.
There are a variety of women’s groups interested
in women. Men needed a place where they could
link the interest in empowering women with the
old boy’s network. Earning Power is the place
where powerful men and women come together for
solutions and to break the last barriers to
equality in business.
The Founder and CEO,
Rachel Bondi,
is a technology professional and corporate
anthropologist who rose through the ranks at
Fortune 100 companies only to find herself as a
token woman at the top surrounded by men.
Her experience spans a variety of industries
from Education, Finance, Telecommunications,
Manufacturing, Entertainment and Software where
she held senior positions in sales, marketing,
operations, IT, business development and human
resources management, global relationships with
companies such as Fujitsu, Sun Microsystems,
Hewlett Packard, DHL, Pfizer, Toyota, Time
Warner and many others. Rachel has been
interviewed by publications as diverse as Time
Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, and Tokyo
Times.

WHAT IS THE COSEXUAL
COMPANY? |
|
The model we call cosexuality, cooperative
sexuality, describes a state of equality of
men and women where both genders work
together toward empowering each other in the
workplace. It is based upon evaluation,
planning, deployment and completion within
companies’ specific needs.
The ideal environment is one where neither
gender belittles nor mimics the other, but
instead works together with respect and
diverse skills. The feeling in the
environment is "fun" rather than "fear".
This new model is based on a variety of
ideas that give companies and individuals a
competitive edge to increase profits or cut
costs. We can give it to you, too!

WHY IS EARNING POWER DIFFERENT?
Earning Power is different because
we are an organization for men and
women that believes equality isn't
just a women's issue and encourages
men to participate inclusively.
We understand that women have not
made the progress often touted in
the media. We also know that the
next phase of women's equality will
only come with support from the
other half of the human race. We
are not alone.
The business world is still a man's
world, often surprisingly so.
Traditional feminism can alienate
men by promoting male hatred or
women’s superiority, and is
therefore antiquated. A new model
for women's empowerment must include
men as part of the definition of
women's success and welcome men to
participate to our empowerment
without fear at work and home.
Our shared sense of urgency comes
from the desire to communicate
commonalities and patterns that were
revealed through participant
observation and troubleshooting
organizational behavior issues
across the board. The collection of
insights and solutions make up the
new model for a cosexual workplace
that Earning Power puts forth.
