Rachel has delivered proven results by advising senior management and solving challenges due to mergers, acquisitions, natural growth, diversity, sales negotiations, individual and organizational behavior.

Rachel uses corporate anthropology to study how men and women interact in specific corporate cultures in order to evaluate, plan and implement custom solutions.

On a personal note .:

Rachel founded Citipacific Mortgage with her partners after a personal leap of faith become and entrepreneur, to marry, change where she lived, and exit the Fortune 500. She founded Earning Power while pregnant with twins. She has grown the organization while raising her three children and believes strongly in the contributions of working parents everywhere.

Rachel enjoys educational vacations and has gained certifications in Interior Design (IDI), Bodywork (CMP), MCP, A+ Computer and ITIL from Loyalist College (EIIS), Sailing, and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.

Some honors include nomination for SFWOW Top 20 Women of the Web and YWCA Academy of Women Achievers. She was honored as "who's who" for Social Sciences by NCSSA and the AAS United States Academy of Achievement.  She began freelance writing at ZB-News/Kenosha News, and for fun at PC Tyrant.  

She has been interviewed by global publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine and the Tokyo Times.
